Daily Plant Inspection Check list:
Operators are required to check the following items before commencing work. These records from the basis of a plant maintenance procdure and will be subject to random inspection.

If there is a fault on the machine which constitutes a safety hazard or requires immediate repair please park up the machine and contact the hirer or suopervisor and plant operator. The machine should not be used until the supervisor and plant owner gives givers clearence for use.
